This Return Policy applies to physical products purchased through Rinsefiltering. Please read the following information before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- All tags and labels remain attached
- You have proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging
- Custom or personalized products
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email or phone with your order details
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item to the address provided using a trackable shipping method
- Allow up to 10 business days for processing after we receive the item
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or variant, contact us to check availability. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and follow the same condition requirements as returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional shipping cost to you.
